My own manager said that managerial support and team health were one of the main topics my team talked about with her
I asked if there were any particular aspects I should work on
She said my team is generally feeling great about the support that they're getting

There was a large, global surge in prices in 2021 and 2022 as the economy restarted following the COVID-19 pandemic.
That inflation surge left Joe Biden, like leaders in almost every major democracy, deeply unpopular. Biden, like his global peers, has yet to recover.
Is it possible that Biden’s standing can recover as the economy returns to health and the inflation surge recedes further into the past?

But as every month goes by, that prospect gets a bit less …

if you set two dozen people on solving the environmental problems we face,
and they each focused on different things,
would their different solutions be harmonious? like a "yes, and"?
e.g. are all straightforward, cost effective, solutions we can do now... non-conflicting?
like swapping to alternatives for milk / not shipping water around,
or meat, or air travel,
swapping to EVs for rural america and improving trains to replace highways/flying, a cleaner grid but also the battery recycling,
swapping to nuclear, wind, and solar, dealing with recycling all of them in stride
supply chain plastics, single use plastics,
not using massive AI datacenters to do that stuff
changes in lobbying, taxes, subsidies, regulations,
if you had 24 people - would their ideas be synergistic? #ClimateChange #GreenEnergy
